- With ten wholly owned factories across Fuzhou and Jiangxi, our China production base is supported by a stable workforce of 3,200 employees and advanced automated facilities. Long-established operations, structured management, and consistent quality control provide a solid foundation for reliable production.
Vietnam
- Located near Hanoi, our Vietnam production base is supported by a stable workforce of 5,000 employees and well-organized operations. With WRAP and Intertek accreditations, as well as 15 Gore-Tex approved production lines, it serves a globally recognized customer base with strong quality assurance.
Ethiopia
- Our Ethiopia production base operates with over 6,500 stable and well-trained employees across 62 production lines. Supported by reliable fabric sourcing from Asia and a strict quality control system, it provides scalable capacity for international customers.
Rwanda
- Our Rwanda production base is supported by over 5,000 stable and well-trained employees, with reliable fabric supply from established Asian partners. Through disciplined production management and strict quality control, it serves a growing international customer base.
Bangladesh
- Our Bangladesh production base operates with 15 production lines, 2,000 workers, and Chinese management, ensuring stable and reliable production. The factory benefits from duty-free policies, convenient transport links for fabrics and accessories, and is equipped with solar energy and rainwater harvesting systems to support sustainable operations.

WHAT WE ARE DOING
Presently C&H employs over 1200 staff, of whom many became orphans during the 1994 genocide that swept the nation.
Originally unskilled, trained by C%H thoroughly to become reliable garment production workers as well as training another 20 staff to become skilled hand embroidery producers.
